Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the “General Terms”) govern the purchase of goods or products (hereinafter, the “Products”) made through the website www.visionarioshop.com, owned by REFLECT EYEWEAR SL, with registered office at Calle Bertran 107, bajos derecha, 08023 Barcelona (Spain), and Tax ID (CIF) B67409912.
This document complies with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) and establishes the terms of use and sale for this website. Any person who accesses or uses the website assumes the status of user and agrees to comply with these conditions and all other applicable legal provisions.
REFLECT EYEWEAR SL may modify the information contained on the website at any time and without prior notice, with publication on the website being deemed sufficient. Regular review of these General Terms is therefore recommended.
Orders and Purchase Process
To purchase products through the website, the customer must register as a user. During the purchase process, the customer will be asked to provide shipping and billing information, which must be accurate and up to date.
The purchase process follows these steps:
1. Select the desired products and add them to the shopping bag.
2. Review the bag (“View shopping bag”) and confirm the items.
3. Enter personal and shipping information.
4. Accept the privacy policy and general terms and conditions.
5. Choose the payment method.
6. Confirm the order and complete payment.
7. Receive a confirmation email for the purchase.
The purchase process may be carried out in Spanish, Catalan, or English.
Once completed, the user will receive an email confirming the order. REFLECT EYEWEAR SL recommends keeping this email as proof of purchase.
Price and Payment Methods
Prices shown on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
The applicable price is the one in force at the time of purchase and may be modified without prior notice for future transactions. The invoice will be provided with the order or, upon request, in electronic format.
Payments may be made using the following methods:
• Credit or debit card
• PayPal
Once payment is confirmed, an email with the order details will be sent to the customer.
Shipping and Delivery Times
Shipping is free of charge, with no additional cost to the customer.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• European Union: up to 15 working days
• Other territories: approximately 15 working days, depending on customs procedures
The order will be considered delivered once the customer or a third party physically takes possession of the products. REFLECT EYEWEAR SL is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, such as strikes, accidents, or external logistical incidents.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without needing to provide justification.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify REFLECT EYEWEAR SL by postal mail at Calle Bertran 107, bajos derecha, 08023 Barcelona, or by email at info@visionarioleparc.com, providing:
• Invoice or order number
• Full name
• Reference and quantity of the products to be returned
REFLECT EYEWEAR SL will assess the condition of the product and authorize the return by issuing an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns will only be accepted if the product:
• Is returned unopened and in its original packaging
• Includes the RMA number clearly visible on the shipping label
Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
Refunds (including initial shipping costs) will be made within 14 calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as the original purchase. Returns of used, damaged, or unpackaged products will not be accepted.
Warranty
Products from REFLECT EYEWEAR SL are covered by a three-year warranty from the date of delivery against any manufacturing, design, or material defects, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, unauthorized handling, or accidents.

User Obligations
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their passwords and preventing unauthorized access by third parties.
The user must also ensure that all data provided is accurate and promptly report any modifications or errors.
Disclaimer of Liability
REFLECT EYEWEAR SL shall not be held liable for:
• Information entered by third parties unrelated to the company
• Improper or unlawful use of the website or its services
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical errors, or force majeure
• Direct or indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to access, the website
The company may deny access or modify these General Terms at any time without prior notice, with publication on the website deemed sufficient.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms are governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute related to the use of the website or purchases made through it, the parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s place of residence, or those determined by applicable consumer protection laws.
